Rams, that is a very astute observation, but I find some flaws.  Although there are variations from individual to individual, the hymen membrane tends to be thin with a small amount of opacity to it.  The girl in questions appears to rather have extremely strong pelvic floor muscles, possible from kiegel exercises, and may have just had an orgasm.  She could also be nervous which increased tension in said pelvic floor muscles.  The less than opaque surface and symmetric, concentric shape make clenched/flexed pelvic floor muscles much more likely than an intact hymen.
