I think it is a real she. But she is very fit, just look at those muscles in the arms and the abs, a hard body. The lighting was too harsh, could have been softer and sexier.

True, Iren’s make-up does look like it was applied by a female Bulgarian shot-putter, and doesn’t flatter to deceive like in most glamour photos. Iren’s got a nifty, tight little body that borders on the muscular in some of her poses, but that’s not a turn-off...to me at least on this occasion. Iren’s features do have an extraterrestrial quality to them, but they’re not unattractive… to me at least. She’s unusual-looking in a female sense, but quite alluring and offers something different from the norm.
