It was late afternoon on a Friday, the beautiful golden orange leaves from the trees had already fallen by the time Kyle headed home then a sudden cool breeze swept them gracefully off the ground. As the leaves blown by the wind, swirled around Kyle’s body, he stopped and slowly took off his blazer. He closed his eyes and felt the cool wind as he brushed his hair back. He wished the girl he always loved is there with him right now, touching his body that was always longing to touch hers.

Kyle nodded while staring at her and then he quickly rubbed her cheeks one more time to annoy her and ran as fast as he could. Serena got so pissed and chased him to his bedroom, but it was too late. He closed his door on her by the time she reached there. She stood there for a bit and listened to Kyle’s sinister giggles behind the door. Annoyed by him getting away with so many things, Serena stomped her foot and walked away. She headed for the kitchen and started cooking dinner. By the time the meal was about to be ready, she called Kyle but he didn’t answer back so she looked for him around the house. Kyle has always been very quirky with her but it was different this time. He was definitely playing full-on hide and seek. If only their house was much smaller, it would’ve been much easier for her to find him. She looked everywhere except for one area, the library. It was a bit awkward for her because Kyle has always been in his room, relaxing, after a busy day in post-graduate school. She sighed and slowly opened the door to the library. There, she found Kyle naked, reading a book on politics. She couldn’t help herself but stare at his muscular body and his cute smile. She froze for a bit and then let out a big scream when Kyle saw her staring at him.

“Hey relax okay? Damn, the neighbors might freaking assume someone’s getting murdered in here, so umm.. is dinner ready?” 
“Uhh.. yeah.. but why are you freakin’ naked!?” she said turning her back.
“Oh, I just couldn’t be bothered turning the AC on, so I took my towel off and I thought I’m just gonna be by myself here. I never expected you to be here actually” he said giggling while wrapping his waist with his towel.
“Oh well..whatever..dinner is almost ready.”

During dinner, they talked about Serena’s experiences in junior high, goals and Kyle’s career advancement plans as usual. They’ve always been a great team ever since they lost their parents and they’ve always thought about their future together.

“Your cooking has always been great sis!”
“Thanks ”
“So one of my friends in school is coming over tomorrow…”
“And? Like I care?” said Serena in a very snotty manner.
“There goes the snobbish lady again. I’m sure you’re gonna like Jared…”
“because he’s a good guy? As usual, that’s what you say. You said the same thing before, but your friend ended up a jerk” she said pouting her lip.
“Nah, Jared is different. I believe he’s not just a good friend of mine, but he’s extremely an animal lover as well. He did mention he’s got a golden retriever.”
“Really!? That’s fantastic! I’m looking forward to meet him.”
“Great. Cook an awesome meal tomorrow right after you finish your homework kiddo.”
